Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry with Ramen

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until it starts to brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Add ginger and garlic to the pan and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef broth. Pour this mixture over the beef.
Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce begins to reduce.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and stir into the sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
