Moist Banana Bread Recipe


Instructions :

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8×4-inch loaf pan, or line it with parchment paper.
Mash bananas: Use a fork to mash the bananas until you have 1⅓ cups of mashed banana.
Mix dry ingredients: In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugars: In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with a hand mixer on medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add eggs and vanilla: Mix in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract. Stir in the mashed bananas.
Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake.
Cool and serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
