Millionaire Magic Bars

1️⃣ Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch square pan with foil and grease with nonstick spray.

2️⃣ Prepare Crust:

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and cornstarch. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, then beat again until combined.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire surface.

Bake in the preheated oven until the top is bubbly and golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.
