Lemon creams
5 cups flour
500g margarine
1 cup icing sugar
2 tsp lemon essence
Method
Melt Margarine and add icing sugar mix well,add essence aand give it a good mix, add flour one cup at a time until its soft,Roll your dough and flat and pork using fork and cut using Square cutter
