Cream margarine and sugar until combined properly.
Add eggs one at a time and mix then add mango puree and vanilla essence, mix properly.
In another bowl sift flour,salt, baking powder and baking soda together 2 -3 times then add to your wet ingredients and combine ,don’t overmix.
Put in a greased loaf pan and bake for 30-35mins or until skewer inserted comes out clean.
