Low Carb Spinach Casserole Recipe

Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Dish:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or a similar size casserole dish.

Mix the Casserole Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed and drained spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy.

Assemble the Casserole:

Spread the spinach mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining half cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake:

Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.

Serve:

Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving. This will help it set up and make it easier to serve.
