Lemon Butter Sauce Fish

Ingredients:
4 fish fillets (such as tilapia, salmon, or cod)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon capers, drained (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper, then dredge them in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.
