*Add the milk or water little by little & knead the dough for about 8 minutes or until its bouncy. *(it should be harder than the mandazi dough. ) then cover & allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes or more.
*Roll the dough & cut into square shapes abt 1 inch thickness.
*Heat the oil until hot then reduce to low.
*Deepfry under low heat while flipping gently occasionally until brown on both sides.
*Remove from the oil & allow them to cool down at least 30 min to get enough crunchyness.
