How to make swiss roll cake / Basic roll cake Recipe / Easy roll cake

▶ **Ingredients:**
– 5 egg yolks
– 1g salt
– 50g sugar
– 90g cake flour
– 2g baking powder
– 50g vegetable oil
– 50g milk
– Meringue (5 egg whites + 70g sugar)
▶ **Instructions:**
1. Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks with salt until pale.
3. Gradually add sugar and continue whisking until thick and creamy.
