Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Ribs:

Trim excess fat off the ribs. Season the ribs with salt and pepper, and place them in a large baking dish.

Make the Sauce:

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, water, cider vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Stir to mix all the ingredients well.

Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Bake the Ribs:

Pour the sauce over the ribs, making sure they are well-coated.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.

Uncover and Continue Baking:

After 1 hour, remove the foil and continue baking the ribs for an additional 30 minutes, basting with the sauce every 10 minutes.

Serve:

Once the ribs are tender and nicely glazed, remove them from the oven. Let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into individual ribs.

Serve hot, garnished with additional minced garlic or chopped parsley if desired.
