Homestyle Cinnamon Roll Cake

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Stir in milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Slowly stir in melted butter and pour batter into the prepared pan.
In a separate bowl, mix topping ingredients until well combined. Drop evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 28-30 minutes or until golden brown.
For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over warm cake. Serve warm or at room temperature.
