Healthy breakfast

In a mixing bowl, combine the instant oats and plant-based milk or cow’s milk. Stir well to combine.

Let the oats soak in the milk for a few minutes to soften.

Meanwhile, peel and grate the apple.

Crack the eggs into the oat mixture and whisk until well combined.

Heat a skillet or frying pan over low heat and add a small amount of olive oil to coat the surface.

Pour a portion of the oat mixture onto the skillet to form pancakes. Use the back of a spoon to spread the mixture evenly.

Cook the pancakes over low heat for about 3-4 minutes on one side, or until golden brown.

Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side, or until cooked through.

Repeat the process with the remaining oat mixture, adding more olive oil to the skillet as needed.

Once all the pancakes are cooked, serve them warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or yogurt.

Enjoy your delicious and nutritious oat pancakes!

Use low heat throughout the process!
