Hawaiian Banana Bread


Directions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
Prepare the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and continue to mix gently. Slowly incorporate the mashed banana and crushed pineapple.
Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Combine Ingredients: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the shredded coconut.
Prepare the Pan: Grease a loaf pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Use a toothpick to check for doneness.
Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool completely before removing it from the pan. Slice and enjoy alone, with butter, or with a scoop of ice cream.
