Greek-Style Chicken Gyros with Homemade Tzatziki

In a bowl, combine chicken slices with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through and slightly charred.
Warm the pita breads on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
Assemble the gyros by placing grilled chicken, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and red onion on each pita. Top with a generous dollop of tzatziki sauce.
Roll up the pita and serve immediately.
