Garlic Cheese Rolls

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, and stir until a soft dough forms. If necessary, add a little more flour to make the dough manageable.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/2-inch thick.
Spread melted butter over the dough, and sprinkle evenly with minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
Roll up the dough tightly from the long side, and cut into 12 equal pieces.
Place the rolls cut side up in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
