Fajita Vegetables


Directions:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté until they start to soften and caramelize, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender and spices are fragrant.
Remove from heat and serve hot, perfect as a side dish or in fajitas.
