1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the olive oil and brown the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and balsamic vinegar. Simmer for about 2 minutes, scraping up any brown bits from the pan. Pour this glaze over the pork chops.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the cream, milk, Parmesan, thyme, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste
