Delicious Chocolate Brownie Dessert

Directions:

Prepare the Brownie:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
Melt the 100g of dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a saucepan over low heat or in a microwave. Stir until smooth.
Transfer to a mixing bowl, add sugar, and mix well. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
Gradually add the warm milk and vanilla extract, stirring until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Allow to cool in the pan on a wire rack.

Make the Whipped Cream:

In a chilled bowl, beat the whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until needed.
Prepare the Chocolate Mixture:

Melt the additional 100g of dark chocolate with the hot milk, stirring until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly.

Assemble the Dessert:

Once the brownie has cooled, spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the top.
Dollop or spread the whipped cream over the chocolate layer.
If desired, garnish with sprinkles for a festive touch.

Serve and Enjoy:

Cut into squares and serve. The dessert can be refrigerated for a firmer texture or served immediately for a gooey delight.
