Delicious Baked Oven Ribs

Instructions:

Preheat and Prep: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs for more tender meat.
Season: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub this spice mixture all over both sides of the ribs.
Bake: Place the ribs on a large piece of aluminum foil, meat side up. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and seal the edges to create a packet. Place the packet on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
Sauce: Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top piece of foil. Brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce.
Broil: Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized and sticky.
Garnish and Serve: Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
