Crowd-pleasing homemade dips

Zest the lemon and reserve the zest.
In the bowl of a food processor, combine the lemon juice with the feta, yogurt, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Process until smooth and airy.
Serve at room temperature or chilled; it will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Ranch Dip:
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Couple dashes of hot sauce optional
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives optional

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Let the dip sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. Keep stored in the fridge
