Ingredients :
For the Steaks:
4 high quality steaks (p. ex. New York strip, prime rib, porterhouse )
olive oil for brushing
Freshly ground salt and black pepper to taste
For the prawns:
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
8 oz. Large shrimp, deveined
Freshly ground salt and black pepper to taste
For the garlic butter sauce:
3⁄4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1⁄4 cup heavy cream
1 package Boursin cheese (garlic and herbs) (5.2 oz)
1⁄2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
