Where I come from, we call this the “Mac Salad” and it’s always a crowd pleaser!
Creamy Deviled Egg Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
For the pasta salad:
8 ounces pasta (such as elbow, bowtie, or rotini)
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika, for garnish
For the garnish:
Fresh chives, chopped
Paprika
