CREAMY CHIPOTLE SHRIMP & CHORIZO PASTA

Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley to garnish

Prepare rotini according to package.

Season shrimp with seafood seasoning.

Add two tbsp of oil to a pan over medium high heat and add shrimp. Cook on each side 2-3 minutes until shrimp make a nice C shape. Remove from pan and add in sausage. Brown the sausage and remove from pan.

Add 2 tbsp oil to pan over medium high heat and add in bell peppers and onions, about 4 minutes before adding in garlic. Cook garlic one minute until fragrant. Add in tomato paste, chilis, cream cheese and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and add in Parmesan and remove from heat. Add in rotini, shrimp, & sausage. Add salt and pepper if desired. Garnish with parsley.
