Coconut Pancakes (Pannekoek)

From My Kitchen To Yours – keeping our heritage alive for the past 10 years!

Ingredients:
1 cup cake or plain flour, sifted
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
50g butter, melted
Extra melted butter, oil or spray and cook for frying

Method:
Add all the ingredients in a blender or large shaker bottle. Blend / mix until smooth, about 1 – 2 minutes. The consistency should be like thin cream.
