Classic Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni according to package instructions until soft, not al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooled macaroni, grated carrot, chopped celery, and chopped onion.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir until well combined.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
