Classic Flambéed Steak Diane

1. Sear steaks in butter, remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add mushrooms; cook until soft.
3. Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and cream; reduce until thickened.
4. Return steaks to the pan and coat with sauce.

Notes:

• Substitute brandy with a splash of beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
