CHRISTMAS JELLY

During the holidays, it’s fun to eat delicious treats that make the parties more festive. In the spirit of Christmas, we’re giving you a treat that will steal the show. It has the bright flavors of lime and strawberries mixed with the creamy goodness of sweetened condensed milk. This Strawberry-Lime Festive Jelly Delight is a lot of fun to make and tastes great after a big Christmas meal.
INGREDIENTS
These things are what you’ll need to make this magical dessert:

2 packets (85g each) of strawberry jelly

2 packets (85g each) of lime jelly

2 packets (85g each) of unflavored gelatin

1 can (400ml) of sweetened condensed milk

3 cups boiling water (divided)

Cooking spray or oil (for greasing the mold)

A bundt cake mold or similar

You can make up your flavors or add fruit pieces to the jelly to make it your own.

KITCHEN EQUIPMENT
Make sure you have these kitchen tools on hand:

Mixing bowls
Shallow dishes for jelly setting
Whisk or spoon for stirring
Bundt cake mold
Cooking spray or oil for greasing
Skewer or knife for stirring and unmolding
A colorful serving plate and a spatula for smoothing the milk mixture are extras that are not required but can be useful.
