Chocolate Wafer with Cream

In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together using an electric mixer for about 3 minutes, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate using a bain-marie (double boiler) method. Once fully melted, set it aside to cool for a few minutes.
Gradually incorporate the melted chocolate into the egg mixture, ensuring it is well-blended.
Add the heavy cream to the mixture, stirring until fully combined.
Sift the flour and baking powder together, then gradually fold them into the mixture. Whisk thoroughly until the batter is smooth and even.
Pour the batter into a prepared baking mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the wafer to cool before serving.
