Chicken Macaroni Salad

Directions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chicken, celery, red bell pepper, peas, and red onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
