Cheesy Garlic Bread Shrimp Grilled Cheese


Directions:

5️⃣ In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic until well combined.
5️⃣ Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
5️⃣ Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
5️⃣ Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on the skillet. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
5️⃣ Add some of the chopped shrimp evenly over the cheese.
5️⃣ Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper over the shrimp.
5️⃣ Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up.
5️⃣ Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt, about 3-4 minutes.
5️⃣ Carefully flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted, about 3-4 more minutes.
5️⃣ Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make more sandwiches.
5️⃣ Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
