CHEESE BALLS

◾️Mix the cheese with the egg, season to taste, toss half of the flour.

◾️Mix until you get a batter.

◾️Add the rest of the flour if necessary.

◾️Assemble balls 1 inch diameter with a spoon.

◾️Pour the ground bread in a bowl and place several balls.

◾️Move the bowl to cover them with shredded bread.

◾️Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

(Right now they can be taken to freeze for frying later.)

◾️Place abundant oil in a pot and heat to 360°F.

◾️Fry 6 balls at a time, 1 or 2 minutes until golden browned.

◾️Place on an absorbent paper.

It is better consumed hot.
