Cajun Kissed Sirloin Steaks with Shrimp Étouffée

Season the steaks with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steaks to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.
Add shrimp and the rest of the Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, cooking until sauce thickens slightly.
Spoon shrimp sauce over steaks, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
