Beef Chop Suey for lunch today

Veggies:
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 onion sliced
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup Snow peas
1 cup celery sliced ( 2 stalks)
1 medium carrots (sliced)
1 can young corn
2 tablespoons avocado oil

Steps:
In a pan or wok, heat up oil. Fry the beef until brown on its side. Set aside in a plate.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon oil, saute onions till fragrant. Then add garlic. Saute for 30 seconds. Add carrots, stirfry till tender. Add broccoli, young corn and celery. Stirfry for 2 minutes and set aside.

In the pan, pour the sauce mixture. Mix and whisk till in boils in medium heat. Add the beef and mixed vegetables. Then, add the snow peas. Mixed well until and meat and veggies are fully coated with the sauce for about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Serve on top of rice. Enjoy!

Note: you can substitute any vegetables you want.
