Beat the Heat Crock Pot Lasagna

Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess grease.
In your crock pot, spread a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom.
Break lasagna noodles to fit the crock pot and create a single layer.
Top the noodles with half of the browned ground beef, then half of the cottage cheese. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining sauce, ground beef, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
Cover your crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until noodles are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, add a splash of red wine to the browned ground beef.
If your crock pot runs hot, start checking the lasagna after 3 hours.
Let the lasagna cool slightly before serving to avoid burns.
Enjoy your delicious and effortless crock pot lasagna!💜💜🧡
