BANANA PUDDING CHEESECAKE

● Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.In a bowl, mix crushed vanilla wafers with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

● In another bowl, mix mashed bananas with cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and beat until combined.

● Beat in eggs one at a time, then add sour cream, flour, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

● In a separate bowl, whisk together instant banana pudding mix and milk until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.

● Add the pudding mixture into the cheesecake batter and mix well.Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust.

● Bake in the preheated oven for 70-75 minutes or until the center is set.

● Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

● Once chilled, remove from the pan and top with whipped cream and sliced bananas.
