Roll up the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks, if needed. π
Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the chicken rolls seam side down in the dish. π
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Sprinkle the mixture over the chicken rolls. ππ§πΏ
Lightly brush the tops of the chicken rolls with olive oil. π«
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. π₯
