Baked Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, salsa, shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 20-30 seconds to make them pliable.
4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly to form a taquito. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Lightly spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the oven.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the taquitos are golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces, such as guacamole, sour cream, or salsa.
