Arrange Chicken in Baking Dish:
Place the marinated chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
Garnish:
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
Serve:
Serve the baked lemon garlic chicken thighs hot, either on their own or with your favorite side dishes.
Note: Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the chicken thighs and your oven’s characteristics.
