Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or olive oil.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings you’d like to add. Mix until well combined.

Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, using your hands. Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.

Once all the mixture is formed into balls and placed on the baking sheet, lightly spray or brush the tops of the balls with cooking spray or olive oil. This will help them brown nicely in the oven.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the broccoli cheese balls are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
