Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Prepare the Bacon:

Fry the bacon in a large skillet until crispy.

Set the bacon aside and allow it to cool. Once cooled, chop it into small pieces.

Cook the Beef Mixture:

In the same skillet, add the garlic and onion. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the ground beef to the pan, breaking it up as it cooks.

Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the ground beef is no longer pink.

Remove from heat and drain any excess fat from the pan.

Combine Ingredients:

Add the chopped bacon, pickles, and shredded cheese to the beef mixture. Stir well to combine.

Prepare the Egg Roll Wrappers:

Mix the cornstarch and cold water together. Using a pastry brush, brush the edges of each egg roll wrapper with the cornstarch mixture.

Place approximately 3 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto one edge of the wrapper, about ½ inch from the sides.

Fold in the sides of the wrapper and then roll it up lengthwise, ensuring it is tightly sealed.

Fry the Egg Rolls:

Heat oil in a skillet to about ½ inch deep. Once the oil is hot, carefully place a few egg rolls into the skillet.

Fry, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown.

Place the cooked egg rolls on paper towels or a cooling rack to drain excess oil.

Serve and Enjoy:

Serve your Bacon Cheeseburger Eggrolls with your favorite dipping sauce. For a Big Mac-style sauce, mix ketchup with mayonnaise and add pickle relish.
