Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess grease.
3. Transfer the cooked ground beef to a mixing bowl and let it cool slightly.
4. Add the cooked and crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese to the bowl with the ground beef. Mix until well combined.
5. Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
6. Flatten each biscuit dough into a small circle using the palms of your hands.
7. Place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit dough.
8. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling, pinching to seal and form a ball shape.
9. Place the filled biscuit dough balls seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cooked through.
11. Remove from the oven and let the Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs cool slightly before serving.
12. Serve with optional toppings such as ketchup, mustard, pickles, and diced onions. Enjoy as a delicious appetizer or main course!
