Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs Recipe

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Filling:

In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon until it’s crispy. Remove it from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the chopped onion until translucent. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.

Stir in the cooked bacon, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Prepare the Dough:

Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half to make smaller triangles.

Assemble the Bombs:

Place a piece of cheddar cheese on the wider end of each dough triangle. Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto the cheese. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.

Finish the Bombs:

Place the bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each bomb with the beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve:

Serve the Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs hot, perhaps with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
