Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess grease.
Season beef mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Separate biscuit dough into 8 rounds. Flatten each round into a circle.
Place a spoonful of the ground beef mixture in the center of each biscuit round. Top with crumbled bacon and a cube of cheddar cheese.
Pull the edges of the biscuit dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
Place the stuffed biscuit bombs seam side down on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and sesame seeds on top.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with pickles, ketchup, and mustard for dipping.
