Apple Chicken Skillet!

1. Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the onions and garlic. Sauté until softened.
4. Add the sliced apples to the skillet and cook until slightly caramelized.
5. Sprinkle flour over the apples and onions, and stir to combine.
6. Pour in the chicken broth, apple cider, Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
8. Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce thicken slightly.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
