Fried Potatoes and Onions
Fried Potatoes and Onions is a simple and comforting dish made by sautéing sliced potatoes and onions in oil until they are browned and tender. A versatile dish that can be customized with seasonings and herbs.

Ingredients
1/4 cup 55 g of canola oil
3 medium-sized Russet potatoes peeled
1 large onion sliced thinly
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional:
1/2 tsp 2 g of garlic powder
1 tsp 2 g of red pepper flakes
1 tbsp 3 g of chopped chives (to be added after cooking)
