Bread that is not made with sourdough

Bread that is not made with sourdough

Is it just me, or has everyone else noticed that sourdough recipes seem to be appearing everywhere? Ingredients: Is it just me, or has everyone else seen this? I have attempted to begin the process of making sourdough dough three times, and each time it has been a complete and utter disaster. As a justification, I said that the icy weather was the reason.

You can make fresh bread in a very short amount of time by using this straightforward method, which does not need a starter.

Is what you require:

A total of 450 fluid ounces of flour, bread, or all-purpose flour

Quick yeast in a volume of 24 milliliters

At a temperature between 110 and 115 degrees, 1.5 cups of water

Honey (1/4 cup) (this is optional)

one-half of a teaspoon of salt

THE PREPAREMENT:

Combine the yeast, honey, and water by whisking them together. The mixture should be properly combined and then covered with a damp towel or cloth before being put aside for five minutes.

The yeast mixture should be mashed well with the flour and salt.

After thoroughly combining the ingredients with a wooden spoon, knead the dough for 2 or 3 minutes. (A hint: wet your hands in order to prevent the mixture from clinging to your hands.)

Two hours should be spent allowing the mixture to settle in a warm location. It is my microwave that I make use of.
