I first tried this recipe when I was a broke college student, and my roommate and I decided to cook something fancy for dinner. We stumbled upon this recipe and decided to give it a try. Chicken Alfredo Lasagna:

Ingredients
1 lb. lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
2 jars of Alfredo sauce
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped
