Buffalo Wing Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
1/3 cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat.
Once the butter is melted, stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
