Croissant Donuts: You Can’t Stop Just One!

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 egg

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar

• a zest of orange

• 1/2 sel

• 1 tablespoon of sugar

• 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

• 8 g of yeast

• 7 g chemical yeast

• 150 ml / 5.3 oz warm water

• 100 g / 0,7 cup of semolina

• 250 g / 1,7 cup of flour

• cooking oil
