Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients:

– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1 cup brown sugar, packed
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup fresh blueberries
– Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Mix well after each addition.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
